The Los Angeles Lakers have extended qualifying offers to three rotation pieces.

Eric Pincus of the Los Angeles Times reports that the team made Jordan Clarkson, Tarik Black, and Marcelo Huertas restricted free agents by tendering each player a qualifying offer. That gives the Lakers the ability to match any offer sheet they sign.

Ryan Kelly, however, did not get a qualifying offer and will become an unrestricted free agent.

The only name out of the four that figures to be a potential starter is Clarkson, who averaged 15.5 points and 2.4 assists in his sophomore season. The 24-year-old profiles as an athletic slashing combo guard with an improving jump shot.

The New York Knicks were rumored to be interested in Clarkson, although that might no longer be the case given the addition of Derrick Rose.
