Hornets' Frank Kaminsky: Won't play summer league
Kaminsky will undergo surgery to remove a small pocket of air in his chest wall, and as a result, he won't suit up for the Hornets during summer league play, Alex Kennedy of Basketball Insiders reports.
Analysis:
Kaminsky will miss roughly six weeks following the procedure, but he should have no trouble getting back to full strength by the start of training camp in the fall. The second-year big man was never expected to see much run in the Orlando Summer League anyway, so he's not going to be missing out on any important development time.
