Justin Timberlake appears in Grizzlies recruiting video for Conley

Free agency recruitment is well underway, even if NBA players cannot meet with teams until midnight ET on Friday. The Memphis Grizzlies have released a video on their website praising their "Conductor" point guard Mike Conley, who is expected to get interest from the Dallas Mavericks among other teams.

Memphis native Justin Timberlake hosts, with Grizzlies mainstays Zach Randolph and Tony Allen leading the accolades.
