Hornets' Aaron Harrison: Will take part in summer league

Harrison will join the Hornets' summer league roster, Rick Bonnell of the Charlotte Observer reports.

Analysis:

As an undrafted rookie out of Kentucky, Harrison earned a roster spot with the Hornets during training camp last fall and stuck on the roster all season, but rarely saw the floor, appearing in just 21 games. By taking part in the summer league, Harrison will get another chance to audition for the Hornets' brass in a game setting, but it's unlikely he'll be able to parlay it into a meaningful role with the team in 2016-17.
