Under a new regime led by coach and president of basketball operations Tom Thibodeau, the Timberwolves scoop up a finished product in the 6-foot-4 Dunn, who boasts a 6-foot-9 wingspan to go with exceptional quickness and leaping ability. Dunn used those ample skills to average 16.4 points, 6.2 assists, 5.3 rebounds, 2.5 steals, and 1.3 three-pointers in 33 minutes per game as a redshirt junior for Providence last season. Although the Timberwolves already have a starting point guard (Ricky Rubio) and off guard (Zach LaVine) in place, Dunn will nonetheless provide insurance in the backcourt.
