Following a trade with the Atlanta Hawks, the Cleveland Cavaliers have selected Oakland's Kay Felder with the 54th pick of the 2016 NBA Draft.

According to Jonathan Givony of DraftExpress.com, the Cavaliers sent $2.4 million to the Hawks for the rights to Felder.

Felder is always going to face questions about his size, particularly on the defensive end, standing just a hair taller than 5-foot-8 without shoes, but it's tough to ignore the undersized guard's offensive potential, especially after a season that saw Isaiah Thomas become an All-Star.

Felder became a more dependable 3-point shooter in his junior season, knocking down a career-high 35.5 percent of his long range attempts, but he thrives off the dribble, in pick-and-roll situations, and in his ability to finish around the rim despite his stature.

In addition to his nation-leading 9.3 assists per game, the 21-year-old averaged 24.4 points, 4.3 rebounds, and two steals for the Golden Grizzlies in 2015-16, posting a 44-36-85 shooting line.
