Tubby Smith, the new head coach of Memphis, doesn't appear to have a problem settling into his new area of residence.

After scouring the housing market in the "Birthplace of Rock 'n' Roll," Smith agreed to purchase the house owned by Sacramento Kings forward Rudy Gay for $1.48 million, according to Neal Leitereg of the Los Angeles Times.

Gay, who formerly played for the Memphis Grizzlies, held onto the home after he was traded to the Toronto Raptors three years ago.

The luxurious four-bedroom, five-bathroom house comes with a two-story living room, a media room with a wet bar, a master suite with a custom closet, and 8,400 square feet of space.

Gay bought the home six years ago for more than $1.17 million, meaning unlike the team for which he plays, he came away with a win.
