Mike Conley has spent the past years playing for the Memphis Grizzlies, but as he moves towards becoming an unrestricted free agent this summer, there's a very real possibility that his days competing for the franchise are over.

There's a growing concern among certain members of the Grizzlies' front office that the 28-year-old will leave during the offseason, a source told ESPN's Ian Begley.

As part of their recruitment pitch to convince Conley to sign a new deal, the Grizzlies will reportedly use singer-songwriter and part owner Justin Timberlake in a video package, per Begley's source.

Team general manager Chris Wallace sounded extremely confident during Memphis' first-round series against the San Antonio Spurs that Conley was going to stay put: "We are undefeated in re-signing our core players, and we will remain so. We are going to re-sign Mike Conley."

The edge Memphis has over all other teams in the Conley sweepstakes is its possession of his bird rights, meaning it can sign him to a five-year contract worth approximately $124 million, while all other squads can only go as high as approximately $92 million over four years.

The San Antonio Spurs and New York Knicks are also reportedly interested in landing Conley's services.

He averaged 15.3 points on 42.2 percent shooting, 6.1 assists, 2.9 rebounds, and 1.2 steals with a player efficiency rating of 19.4 in 56 games this past season.
