It would take a pretty severe injury to keep Andre Iguodala out of Game 7 of the NBA Finals. Given that reality, Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr fully expects his forward to play Sunday, and without a minutes limit.
"It's Game 7," Kerr told reporters Saturday. "He's Andre Iguodala."
The Finals MVP from a year ago is dealing with a back problem that flared up in Game 6, limiting him in the Warriors' 115-101 loss in Cleveland.
Iguodala did not practice Saturday, but did a walk-through and received treatment. He told reporters that the issue is the result of a "perfect storm" of the end of a long season compounded by cross-country travel during the Finals.
