Steve Kerr said before Thursday's Game 5 that the Warriors needed center Andrew Bogut - who'd dealt with foul trouble throughout the West finals - on the floor to stave off elimination against the Thunder.
Bogut responded with one of his best games of the postseason, punctuated by the massive four-point swing he initiated at a crucial juncture in the third quarter. With the Warriors clinging to a one-point lead, Bogut stripped Russell Westbrook on the break, then launched an incredible left-handed outlet pass that hit Draymond Green in stride.
Green, who had a bounceback game of his own, then finished a tough layup through contact.
