Raptors' Jonas Valanciunas: Only 50 percent recovered from sprained ankle

Valanciunas indicated Wednesday that he's only about 50 percent of the way recovered from his sprained right ankle, Ryan Wolstat of the Toronto Sun reports.

Analysis:

The Raptors are currently listing Valanciunas as doubtful for Thursday's Game 2, and given the slow pace of the center's recovery to this point, it wouldn't be surprising if he were sidelined for the entirety of the series. Bismack Biyombo will continue receiving extensive run at center until Valanciunas is cleared to return.
