Analysis:

Initial X-rays showed that the forward was dealing with nothing more than a bruise on the wrist after he was forced out of Wednesday's Game 5 win, but the Raptors sent Carroll in for a follow-up exam Thursday just as a precaution. Given the high stakes involved in Friday's game, it would be rather surprising if Carroll was forced to miss the contest, but the Raptors will likely wait until the team's morning shootaround that day to make an official ruling on his status.
