The only player in NFL history to be voted the unanimous MVP, Tom Brady couldn't help but notice the incredible campaign Steph Curry put together to earn the same honor in the NBA.

Brady, who grew up a Golden State Warriors fan in the Bay Area, heaped praise upon the star point guard and his team Tuesday.

"He is such a dominant player and so much fun to watch," Brady told Tom E. Curran of CSN New England.

"I grew up loving the Warriors and can't believe they are achieving the type of success now that they never did in the past. Steph is a huge part of that and I love how Jerry West (a member of the Warriors' executive board since 2011) helped build the team. I am a big fan of his also."

Curry's stellar year led the way for the Warriors to finish the regular season with an NBA-record 73 wins. The dominant level of play has carried over to the playoffs through two rounds, as Curry and Co. have now taken down both the Houston Rockets and Portland Trail Blazers in just five games each.

Next up for Golden State as the squad looks to defend last year's title is a Western Conference finals matchup with either the Oklahoma City Thunder or San Antonio Spurs.
