Hawks' Paul Millsap: Double-doubles again in Wednesday's Game 2 loss

Millsap mustered up 16 points (4-8 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 7-8 FT), 11 rebounds, one assist, one steal, and one block across 27 minutes during the Hawks' 123-98 loss to the Cavaliers in Wednesday's Game 2.

Analysis:

Millsap was the only Hawks starter to shoot 50 percent or better from the field. However, the Hawks' main problem was on defense, where the team allowed the Cavs to drain a NBA postseason-record 25 three-pointers on the night. It seems that Millsap will have to play the best basketball of his life for the Hawks to compete with the Cavaliers, and Friday's Game 3 in Atlanta is essentially a must-win matchup since no NBA team has ever overcome a 3-0 series deficit.
