You can now add two more names to the long list of candidates for the Sacramento Kings head coaching job.

The San Antonio Spurs have given the Kings permission to interview assistant coaches Ettore Messina and James Borrego, ESPN's Marc Stein reports. However, interviews have reportedly yet to be scheduled with the Spurs currently in the middle of a playoff run.

Prior to his time in San Antonio, Messina spent more than two decades as a coach overseas, collecting Euroleague Coach of the Year honors twice.

Borrego spent time as an assistant for the New Orleans Hornets and Orlando Magic in addition to his time with the Spurs. Borrego also served as the Magic's interim coach in 2014-15, going 10-20 following the Jacque Vaughn's dismissal.
