Raptors' Carroll, Heat's Deng will play in Game 6

Toronto Raptors forward DeMarre Carroll and Miami Heat forward Luol Deng will play in Game 6 on Friday despite both dealing with left wrist injuries.

The pair exited Game 5 due to injury and were questionable for Game 6, but successfully went through their pregame shootarounds.

Carroll was adamant he'd play, telling Eric Smith of Sportsnet that he doesn't believe the injury will limit him much, as he hardly uses his left wrist.

In 12 playoff games (11 starts), Carroll has averaged 9.7 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 1.2 steals.

Deng had a wrap on his wrist Friday, but told reporters he's fortunate not to have suffered a serious injury after falling into a cameraman in Toronto.

"I feel great," Deng said. "It was great news."

Deng is averaging 14.3 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 1.7 assists in 12 games this postseason, and 7.8 points on 35.9 percent shooting in the series, adding 5.4 rebounds and 0.6 steals.

Toronto enters Game 6 in Miami with a 3-2 series lead.
