J.R. Smith accidentally delivers elbow to Millsap's head

Another player might have gotten the benefit of the doubt, but not a repeat offender like J.R. Smith.

The Cleveland Cavaliers shooting guard caught Paul Millsap with an elbow to the head Monday and was subsequently slapped with a Flagrant Foul 1. Millsap, however, missed both his free throws.
