Trail Blazers' Mason Plumlee: Held in check in Game 1 loss

Plumlee was limited to one point (0-7 FG, 1-2 FT), but contributed 12 rebounds, six assists, and two blocks across 25 minutes in Sunday's 118-106 Game 1 loss to the Warriors.

Analysis:

The Warriors frontcourt pair of Draymond Green and Andrew Bogut smothered Plumlee, who had been one of the Blazers' unsung heroes in their first-round win over the Clippers. Though Plumlee offered his usual contributions on the glass and as a shot blocker, he failed to hit a shot from the field for the first time since March 6. The Warriors' dogged defense could cause problems for the Blazers throughout the series, which may limit Plumlee's nightly upside on the offensive end.
