Golden State Warriors guard Klay Thompson doesn't need his fellow Splash Brother by his side on the hardwood to light up teams from behind the arc in the postseason.

In 37 minutes of action on Sunday in Game 1 against the Portland Trail Blazers, Thompson scored 37 points on 14-of-28 shooting from the field and 7-of-14 from deep in a 118-106 win.

It was the third playoff game in a row that the 26-year-old converted at least seven 3-pointers, making him the first player in NBA history to do so. In fact, no other player has ever done it on back-to-back occasions.
