Smith (groin) returned to practice in full capacity Thursday, Chris Fedor of Cleveland.com reports.

Analysis:

Smith missed Wednesday's session with what the team called a tweaked groin, but it doesn't look to be anything serious, and he figures to be at full strength when the Cavs open second round play. The Cavaliers are expected to stick with their usual starting lineup of Kyrie Irving, Smith, LeBron James, Kevin Love and Tristan Thompson to open the series against either Boston or Atlanta.
