Jones (coach's decision) was inactive for Wednesday's season-ending 114-81 loss to the Warriors in Game 5 of the first-round series.

Analysis:

Jones didn't see the court at all during the five-game series and has logged just one appearance with the Rockets since the beginning of March. While Jones opened the season in a starting role at power forward, his inconsistent play and injury issues resulted in him getting phased out of the rotation by the second half of the season, with in-season acquisitions Michael Beasley and Josh Smith both eating into his court time. While the 24-year-old Jones still has some upside as a quality rebounder with the ability to occasionally knock down shots from the outside, it doesn't look like he'll reach his potential with the Rockets. Look for the team to shop him around in the offseason.
