Luc Richard Mbah a Moute play a reserve role in Wednesday's tilt with the Trail Blazers.
Mbah a Moute will head to the bench in Wednesday's tilt with the Trail Blazers.
Analysis:
The Clippers were expected to shake up their starting lineup after losing Chris Paul (hand) and Black Griffin (quad) for the rest of the postseason, but Mbah a Moute's spot on the top unit was expected to remain secure. However, coach Doc Rivers will go with some wholesale changes to the lineup, using a three-guard setup that features Paul Pierce as an undersized power forward. Mbah a Moute should still get some run off the bench, but it's expected that he'll sacrifice some playing time to Pierce, Jeff Green, and Wesley Johnson.
