Lights go out during Game 4 between Spurs-Grizzlies

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) A power surge that knocked out the main lights at the FedExForum caused a 19-minute delay during Game 4 of the playoff series between the San Antonio Spurs and Memphis Grizzlies.

JaMychal Green had just turned the ball over on an offensive foul, with the Spurs heading down court when the main lights went out. Both teams went to their benches while officials checked on the problem.

Memphis Light, Gas and Water spokesman Dan Hope says a voltage drop on equipment at a substation caused a 15-minute outage in parts of downtown Memphis.

Play stopped with 10:02 left in the second quarter, with the Spurs ahead 25-23. Both teams stayed loose by shooting until play resumed.

San Antonio leads the first-round series 3-0.
