Raptors' Ross undergoes concussion protocol, will not return

Toronto Raptors shooting guard Terrence Ross will not return for the second half of Game 2 for precautionary reasons.
DeMar DeRozan collided with Ross on an inbound play toward the end of the first half, causing Ross to hit the floor hard.

Ross didn't show any signs of a concussion, but was experiencing a headache.
