Ginobili will conclude the regular season having sat out three of the final four games as the Spurs attempt to preserve the 38-year-old for the postseason. With a number of other Spurs regulars resting Wednesday, expect to see quite a bit of Jonathon Simmons, Kevin Martin, and Kyle Anderson in the backcourt Wednesday.
