Crawford didn't travel with the Clippers to Phoenix and will miss the team's season finale for rest purposes, Ben Bolch of the Los Angeles Times reports.

Analysis:

Coach Doc Rivers elected to give Crawford nights off for both halves of the Clippers' season-ending back-to-back set, as the sixth man also missed Tuesday's 110-84 victory over the Grizzlies. Crawford's absences are strictly for maintenance purposes with the postseason set to begin over the weekend, during which the veteran figures to return to a 25-to-30 minute role off the bench. With Crawford sidelined Wednesday along with high-minute backcourt starters Chris Paul and J.J. Redick, the onus will fall on Austin Rivers, Pablo Prigioni, and C.J. Wilcox to handle most of the duties at either guard spot.
