Head coach Byron Scott said he would try to play Nance in both games of Sunday's and Monday's back-to-back games in order to see how his knee has progressed, Mark Medina of the L.A. Daily News reports.

Analysis:

Nance has been dealing with some nagging soreness in his surgically-repaired knee, and he rested during Tuesday's game in order to combat the issue. The rookie has also been sitting during at least one game of the Lakers back-to-backs for last few sets of the season, but it seems Scott is ready to play him in both this time. It is unclear if Nance will be under a minutes restriction, but it's likely Scott will try to protect his young big man since the Lakers are out of the playoffs.
