Analysis:

Cousins has now played just one game in the last eight days after resting against the Nuggets on Saturday and serving a one-game suspension against the Heat last Friday. Coach George Karl previously said that he intended to hold Cousins out for the rest of the Kings' season-ending two-game road trip, and appears to be making good on that intention and-then-some as he keeps Cousins out on Thursday. Though it is anybody's guess if Cousins will play at all before the season ends, his next opportunity to play will come on Saturday, April 9 against the Thunder.
