Spurs' Ginobili out 10-14 days

San Antonio Spurs guard Manu Ginobili will be out 10-14 days with a left hamstring sprain, according to Ginobili's own twitter account.

Ginobili suffered the injury in the Spurs' victory over the Timberwolves on Sunday night and left the game early.

In 36 games off of the bench for the Spurs this season, Ginobili is averaging 12.9 points, 4.6 assists, 3.8 rebounds and 1.4 steals. San Antonio, who aren't dealing with any other injuries right now, sit third in the Western Conference at 29-11.
