They don't call him Swaggy P for nothing.
In his season debut after missing time due to a torn thumb ligament, Nick Young returned to the Los Angeles Lakers lineup and helped the team pick up only their second win in 11 games.
Young scored 17 points on 6-of-10 shooting to go with five rebounds and a steal, but he was far from the only Laker who enjoyed a good night at the office.
Kobe Bryant scored 28 points and eclipsed the 32,000-point mark for his career, the team's starting big men, Carlos Boozer and Jordan Hill, combined for 38 points and 18 rebounds, and Jeremy Lin added 15 points and 10 assists in LA's 114-109 victory over the Hawks in Atlanta.
So what the heck happened to the 1-9 team that barely looked NBA worthy over the last few weeks?
Swaggy P has your answer.
"It's like my swag rubbed off on everybody," Young said after the victory. "It was unbelievable."
Young, who hit two of his four three-point attempts on the night, wasn't done there.
The swag doesn't stop. Not for the Atlanta Hawks. Not for anybody.
Just look at this happy bunch of 2-9 Lakers.
