Report: Harden turns down 4-year, $52M offer
With a Wednesday deadline approaching, James Harden and The Oklahoma City Thunder do not appear to be much closer to agreeing on an extension.
According to Yahoo Sports, Harden recently turned down a 4-year, $52 million offer. Last year's sixth man of th year is apparently looking for something closer to the maximum contract extension of $60 million over 4 years.
The report states that both sides are continuing to negotiate as the clock winds down. If they do not reach an agreement by Wednesday, Harden will become a restricted free agent on July 1st.
