Greg Stiemsma: Agrees To Offer With MIN

Analysis: The dollar figure will likely preclude Boston from matching Minnesota, meaning Stiemsma looks likely to head to the Timberwolves. He'll presumably serve as Nikola Pekovic's top backup, as well as the team's main defender in the paint. Stiemsma's foul rate and offensive limitations, though, will likely make him no more than a desperation option for block production.
