Kendrick Perkins: Wrist Surgery

Perkins (groin) underwent a successful procedure to repair a ligament tear in his left wrist, the Oklahoman reported Thursday.

Analysis: The Thunder made the announcement that Perkins had his second surgical procedure of the young offseason; it was reported on July 12 that Perkins had surgery on his right groin. The 27-year-old is expected to miss 4-6 weeks after the wrist surgery, but he's still expected to be ready for the start of next season.
