Pacers Mascot Breaks Backboard

Boomer, the Indiana Pacers' mascot, visited a New Palestine-Triton Central high school basketball game last night while his Pacers were on the road to play the Golden State Warriors.

During halftime of the game, Boomer performed one of his off-the-trampoline dunk shows that Pacers fans have come to love. And everybody in the high school gym loved his dunk show, until he shattered the backboard, forcing the remainder of the game to be played at an auxiliary gym. Oops.
