Dillashaw: Cruz doesn't want to fight, wants to run

T.J. Dillashaw has always given credit to UFC bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz for influencing his own fighting style, but he wasn't impressed when he got to experience it firsthand.

When Dillashaw and Cruz fought at UFC Fight Night 81 in January, it was Cruz who came away with a split-decision win to take the 135-pound strap from Dillashaw. The fight was extraordinarily close, and some opined that Cruz received as much credit for avoiding Dillashaw's strikes as he did for landing his own.

The UFC has yet to announce who Cruz's first title defense will be against, so Dillashaw took to Instagram to make his case:

"Only equipment needed for the rematch against Cruz," Dillashaw wrote in a message accompanying a photo of running shoes. "Next training camp is going to be strictly running marathons and pillow fighting.

"Cause that little bitch doesn't want to fight he wants to run and throw his pillows around that he calls fists!"
