Dana White: 'There's never been a bigger star than Ronda Rousey'

It's Ronda Rousey's world, and we're just living in it.

It may have been Conor McGregor's show when the UFC recently launched its "GO BIG" campaign at a press conference highlighting the upcoming slate of pay-per-view cards, but Rousey remains the promotion's brightest star.

"It's Ronda Rousey, there's no doubt about it," White told "UFC Tonight," according to FOX Sports' Damon Martin. "Just today they just announced that she is the new Dalton! 'Road House' is being remade and she's going to be the lead of 'Road House.'

"She's got books and she's got all these movies coming out and she continues to get bigger and bigger. Her pay-per-views and everything."

Despite her bouts lasting about as long as it takes to nuke a microwavable burrito, Rousey's UFC box-office numbers are on the rise. Her 34-second destruction of Bethe Correia at UFC 190 is rumored to have sold nearly a million pay-per-view buys (the promotion does not officially release the numbers).

"There's never been a bigger star than Ronda Rousey," White said.

With multiple movie appearances, two ESPYS, and a best-selling book, it's hard to argue with White's sentiments, despite his penchant for hyperbole.
