MMA fighter War Machine pleads not guilty to felony charges

MMA fighter War Machine pleaded not guilty to 34 felony charges including attempted murder and sexual assault stemming from an incident involving ex-girlfriend Christy Mack and her friend Corey Thomas, according to the Associated Press.

War Machine, born Jonathan Koppenhaver, appeared in front of a Clark County judge on Thursday, and his trial is set to begin Feb. 17.

The former UFC and Bellator fighter, who is accused of brutally attacking Mack and Thomas after reportedly finding them in her home together, could face life in prison if convicted.
