Watch: 'Wonderboy' snags McGregor's drinks to prevent Bottlegate 2.0

Stephen Thompson was thinking on his feet.

Just as a UFC 205 press conference exchange between Conor McGregor and Eddie Alvarez began to get heated, "WonderBoy" seemed to have flashbacks to the infamous bottle-throwing fracas involving Nate Diaz ahead of UFC 202.

Cameras were able to catch Thompson slowly reaching over and removing a pair of drinks from the table as McGregor turned to his right and gave his attention to Alvarez.
