Gadelha set to fight Casey at UFC Sao Paulo

Claudia Gadelha is hoping the next trip to her native Brazil will get her back in the win column.

The former UFC women's strawweight title challenger will meet Cortney Casey at UFC Fight Night 100 in Sao Paulo on Nov. 19 - the promotion announced the matchup on their UFC Brazil Twitter account Tuesday.

Gadelha last fought division queen Joanna Jedrzejczyk for the belt in July, losing by unanimous decision. The loss was her second to the Pole, the only fighter to have bested her in 15 pro fights.

After dropping her first two UFC contests, Casey has rebounded with as many wins, most recently submitting Randa Markos via first-round armbar at UFC 202.

UFC Fight Night 100, headlined by a light heavyweight tilt between Alexander Gustafsson and Antonio Rogerio Nogueira, is scheduled for Nov. 19 in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
