It was a scary sight in Dallas at the main event of Legacy FC 56 on Friday night.
Former Legacy Fighting Championship bantam weight champion Manny Vazquez lost his title to Steven Pearson after laying unconscious on the mat for several minutes.
The official failed to recognize he had lost consciousness due to a perfectly executed choke hold.
