Today’s “The MMA Show with Mauro Ranallo” podcast featured an interview with Johny Hendricks, who talked about if he’ll fight Martin Kampmann instead of waiting out a year for a title shot.
“I don’t care who I fight. I’m paid to fight. But I do care because I want the belt, I want a shot at the belt, I want a chance to bring it home. I would like to fight Georges St-Pierre or Carlos Condit because they have the belts, but if the UFC wants it and my management thinks it’s the best way to get to the belt, I’ll fight Martin Kampmann.”
