Portland Timbers midfielder Will Johnson is reportedly considering a move to Toronto FC, according to Kurt Larson of the Toronto Sun.
Johnson and Toronto FC are both reportedly interested in making a move, but the club needs to make a few adjustments to its roster to make salary cap room. Toronto would need to trade with the Timbers to acquire Johnson, who still has one year left on his current contract.
Toronto FC recently added free-agent central defender Drew Moor.
The Chicago Fire are also reportedly interested in Johnson's services.
