Watch: Seattle's Valdez, Lodeiro score 8-minute trio for lead over Dallas
Reuters
After not scoring during the regular season, Seattle Sounders forward Nelson Valdez now has two in two matches after his 50th-minute header gave the hosts a 1-0 lead in Sunday's Western Conference semifinal first leg against FC Dallas.
Have to wonder if Alejandro Bedoya was tuning in.
The Sounders weren't done there.
Nicolas Lodeiro doubled that advantage minutes later after Seattle's attack ran Dallas ragged, and the Uruguayan international buried the Supporters' Shield winner with a solo effort moments after to make it 3-0.
Match done.
