Report: Toronto FC evaluating Michael Bradley for possible knee injury
Toronto FC's injury woes might just have worsened as reports emerged Tuesday that returning United States men's national team captain Michael Bradley may have sustained a knee injury during the Copa America Centenario.
Bradley is set "to undergo further evaluation" from the club's medical staff as a result and will not be available for the Reds' upcoming Canadian Championship final second-leg match with the Vancouver Whitecaps on Wednesday.
The news comes just hours after the club announced that goalkeeper Clint Irwin suffered a quad strain against Orlando City last weekend and will be sidelined for around six weeks.
Bradley might soon be joining his international teammate Jozy Altidore - out with a hamstring injury - in the club's recovery room.
