Perhaps Jon Lester's been taking some power lessons from Munenori Kawasaki.

One day after the light-hitting Chicago Cubs infielder delivered a rare homer, Lester made fans everywhere rub their eyes in disbelief by mashing an opposite-field two-run bomb of his own off Colorado's Scott Oberg.

Lester's feat is impressive even in a meaningless spring game considering his well-known track record at the plate. After beginning his career in an 0-for-66 slump, the pitcher recorded his first career hit, a single, last July. He finished 2015 with a total of four hits.
