Analysis:

Encarnacion is slated to take batting practice Friday, so if all goes well he should be able to retun this weekend. With the way oblique injuries can linger, there was no guarantee he would be ready for Opening Day, but now it looks like he'll be able to get a few warmup games in before the season starts.
