Dodgers' Seager tops MLB prospect lists for 2016

The Los Angeles Dodgers have the highest payroll in baseball and the game's top prospect.

Middle infielder Corey Seager headlines both MLB.com and Baseball Prospectus' list of the top 100 prospects heading into the 2016 season.

The 21-year-old broke into the majors last year, hitting .337/.425/.561 with four home runs in 27 games, and is expected to be the Dodgers' starting shortstop come Opening Day.
