Analysis:
Coming off a down season in Washington, the 31-year-old Fister will hope to rebuild his value with a strong campaign in Houston. He'll probably be the No. 5 starter, knocking Scott Feldman from the rotation to a long relief/spot starter role. Fister had a 5.38 and 5.50 K/9 in 2014 and 2015, respectively, so he would have to post pretty excellent ratios to offer much value in mixed leagues.
