Darren O'Day might wind up with Andrew Miller money after all.

The side-arm slinging free agent is generating interest from several teams this offseason, a list that now reportedly includes the Washington Nationals, according to ESPN's Jerry Crasnick. The Nationals, who sources say are eager to bolster their bullpen, are believed to be among the leading suitors to land the 33-year-old reliever.

Crasnick also reports that the big-spending Los Angeles Dodgers continue to make a "strong play" for O'Day, who apparently left the GM meetings earlier this month with multiple offers in hand.

O'Day is said to be seeking a four-year deal between $28 and $36 million, according to multiple reports. Widely considered one of the top relief pitchers available on the open market this year, O'Day posted a career-best 1.52 ERA and 11.3 K/9 rate over 68 appearances for the Baltimore Orioles in 2015.

At the time of his signing with the New York Yankees last winter, Miller set a record for the largest contract awarded to a non-closing reliever with a four-year, $36-million deal.
