Achter was able to find some success at Triple-A last season, pitching to a 2.63 ERA with 47 strikeouts in 48 innings, but struggled in the majors with the Twins to the tune of a 6.75 ERA in 11 appearances. He should get the chance to win a bullpen job out of spring training with his new club, but even if he does win a spot he'll likely be used in lower-leverage situations.
